Sunday morning, March 15
It's hot, hot, hot
in more ways than one!

God wants to do some amazing things the next few weeks. I really encourage you...seek the face of God. Be in much prayer and fasting. Things are happening in our world that are hopefully going to draw more people to God --not away from Him. Let's be prayed up and be ready!

Worship this week:
God is Moving

Days of Elijah
Here I am to Worship
(with hymn chorus, "At the Cross")
At the Cross
(new song from Hillsong)

Please review the post and lyrics below to be prepared for a NEW SONG on Sunday.

Choir song: In That Name (from Obvious)

Colors: This will be a "your choice" week, however please remember that it must be within platform guidelines and dress code.

Speaking of hot, the service isn't the only thing that will be! Break out the pepper! We're having chili on Sunday. Choir lunch is Sunday and if you aren't assigned an item yet, please talk to me about it! Also please remember to be faithful to bring your item assigned, plus a 2-liter beverage of your choice.

Planned menu for lunch this week is...

Chili with all the fixins!!! This means anything I could possibly think up that people eat with chili. We are having...

Chili, baked potatoes, (with butter, sour cream, cheese), crackers, fritos, cornbread, pasta, rice, and some desserts. Sound yummy? Hopefully I didn't miss anything that is your favorite that you might eat with chili. If I missed something, tell you what...just bring it in addition to whatever you are assigned and we'll have it as well, alright?

Rehearsal is especially important right now as we are not only learning Easter music (and have few rehearsals left) but we are also learning new worship music for Sunday mornings. Please be faithful.

Love and appreciate all of you and I have more news on our "field trip!" Can't wait to share it.
