This Sunday morning is a very special morning for me. We will have some guests with us that I've been wanting to introduce you to for a lonnnnnnnng time. I can't wait. Not to mention, I'm excited to be back from San Diego, and back with you! I heard you had a great service last week, and I expected nothing less.

Don't forget, Sunday morning we need the ENTIRE TEAM - BAND, FRONTLINE, CHOIR at 8 am sharp. This is especially important with being ready for life groups.

Then we also have Christmas Production Sunday night rehearsal this week for choir and frontline - at 6 pm. If you have not already looked at the Christmas Rehearsal Schedule that was posted on Facebook and marked all the dates on your calendar, please do so!!

Bow wow ~ Bow wow ~ Bow wow... 

Okay, so only choir members understand the above photo and caption. We'll have to catch the band up to speed later! Ha ha! 

As I mentioned at rehearsal this week, Pastor Dustin will be leading you this coming Sunday, as I will be in California. (Please be in prayer for me!) I will be arriving back home early Monday morning, as I'm taking an overnight flight home. I so appreciate your prayers. 

I know Pastor Dustin will do an amazing job as well as the entire team and have no concerns about you having a phenomenal service. Please remember to be at church at 8 am sharp on Sunday morning to rehearse. You must finish by 9 AM to be ready for Life Groups.

As I will not be here Sunday you do not have choir rehearsal this Sunday. I am currently preparing a rehearsal schedule through the actual Christmas shows, to give to you in the next few days. I am considering how much time we will actually need to do this with excellence.  I will be releasing the schedule to you shortly and ask that you prioritize this as much as possible so that we can achieve amazing things as a team and as a church.

God has put on my heart this week that we really need to be circling this outreach in prayer!!  Let's ask the Lord to prepare those we invite - that nothing would keep them from coming to the outreach event and that they would respond.

I love you all and thank God for each of you daily! Truly He has put an amazing team together in the heart of Tampa.

We are learning a new song this week, 10,000 Reasons, and I posted the song and lyrics earlier in the week. Please familiarize yourself with the song before Sunday.

I had originally announced that Jordan would not be here the 16 and 30th and to make provisions for such. Plans have changed - he will be here this weekend, the 16, but not the 30th. So, Mike will still be on the bass this week, not the drums.

We are doing a shortened set this week so that we can learn new material. It will take a while to find our way with having to be done strictly at 9:00 every week, with Life Groups. Again, we really need to get started right at 8 am, no matter who is there or who is not.

Sunday, September 9

 This is a special week being that Life Groups are starting. I don't want to throw anything new or extra into the mix this week being that our focus is getting our groups to launch right. Teachers all need to be in their classrooms by 9:00 AM. That includes me, as well as many of our people within the music ministries. We need to get started right at 8 am and be done by 9.  This is essential so Life Group teachers can be set up in their rooms and others can attend the classes on time.

How much new material we do in the future depends on how punctual our team is on Sunday mornings.
