Rehearsal at 8 am - very important that everyone be there at this time so we can go over entire thing including perfecting the choir songs.  We did not get to go over them last week with me being out sick.  (Sorry!)

Get Ready for Revival is a new song.  It was brought to me by our amazing multi-talented band member, Mike Kenney.  I will post the video and lyrics to this song in a separate post today.  Please listen and be prepared for Sunday.  I'd really like to do this song Sunday if at all possible.  If we don't have it ready yet I do have a back up plan and will have another chart in the band books.

Thanks so much for all of your support for the choir fundraiser last week.  We are moving along in saving for the next big piece of equipment for the worship ministries.   We raised several hundred dollars on Sunday. 

Next Sunday April 4 is Easter and the songs we are doing are "Praise the Lord" and "Isn't There a Way".  Just to prepare you in advance, colors will be your choice, as I know some of you will have special Easter outfits to wear and I want you to be free to wear those.  Please just make sure they are in modesty code for the platform.  (No bare 4 b's:  butts, boobs, bellies or backs!)  Thank you.

Please remember that Sunday is our last rehearsal before Easter as well as the next worship ministries fundraiser!  Candy Rivera will be cookin' up a storm again and it's going to be amazing.  We are moving forward with purchasing the remainder of what we need.  The remaining things are some big ticket items that will take several fundraisers, but we can do it!  Remember that adults are $5.00 and kids $2.50.  Talk it up with people in the church to attend.  We do eat in or take out!

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME -- NEW SCHEDULE THIS SUNDAY AM ONLY!!!

A reminder (I announced this Sunday) that we will have a quick sound check at 11:00 am.  There will be no rehearsal as we are doing things we know like the back of our hand.  BE ON TIME AT 11:00 AM for check, and we will go directly into the service which will be 11:30 - 12:30 for THIS WEEK ONLY.  We are "giving everyone their hour of sleep back"!  (Isn't that way cool?)

Reminder that after the service this week is the reception for the Mackleys.  If you are signed up to bring something let this be your reminder to please do so.  Forgot what you're bringing?  Ask me.  Like to bring something to contribute but you are not signed up?  See me about that too.

Reminder that on Sunday the 21st of this month we will have our last rehearsal before Easter.  If you don't know the Easter songs, now's the time to learn 'em!  :)   We will have our luncheon that day followed by practice.
