New Song: Let God Arise (Chris Tomlin)

Let God Arise

Verse 1

Hear the holy roar of God resound
Watch the waters part before us now
Come and see what He has done for us
Tell the world of His great love

Misc 1
(Pre-Chorus)
Our God is a God who saves
Our God is a God who saves

Chorus 1
Let God arise
Let God arise
Our God reigns now and forever
He reigns now and forever

Verse 2
His enemies will run for sure
The Church will stand she will endure
He holds the keys of life our Lord
Death has no sting no final word

Chorus 2
God arise
Let God arise
Our God reigns now and forever
He reigns now and forever

Offering: "It's in Jesus" (Song we did a long time ago. It's EASY.  Here is a sample video from New Jersey mass Choir.)  I have printed lyrics below to refresh your memory on those. Ashley Ruiz does solo. Ashley, please take your liberty with ad libs. Doug, we definite need organ on this.

It's in Jesus

Solo:

I have found a love that pardons

I have found some stripes that heal

I have found strength for my weakness

and I've found grace that covers all my fears.

Chorus:

It's in Jesus

All in Jesus

It's in Jesus, He's the One.

Rock of salvation, a firm foundation.

It's in Jesus, He's the one.

It's in Jesus, He's the one.

Bridge:
Halleluiah, Halleluiah, Halleluiah He's the one

New Song: Hope Will Rise

(We will do in key of C - one step up from the original.)

Hope Will Rise

Chorus 1
(Faithful forever are You God are You God)
(Merciful healer are You God are You God)
Mighty redeemer are You God are You God
Shield and defender are You God are You God

Misc 1
(Bridge)
We stand here in Your presence
Lifting up the name of Jesus
A strong tower meant to save us
And now nothing will defeat us

We are boldly interceding
For our children lost and bleeding
We'll see slavery bow to freedom
And the sick restored to healing

Misc 2
(Bridge)
So we fight for those who've fallen
And we take back what's been stolen
From our families shamed and broken
Hope will rise and hearts will open

We'll see joy defeat depression
Liberation from addiction
For when we are at our weakest
Then Your power is completed

Misc 3
(Ending)
Mighty redeemer are You God are You God
Shield and defender are You God are You God
