Worship Set:

Break the Silence
Go
Love Came Down/I've Found a Love
Our God

Offering: Healing is In Your Hands (new song, see below)

Altar Time/Second Offering: Healer (by Hillsong/Kari Jobe) and repeat Healing is In Your Hands

*** CHANGE!!! *** I'm going to change the key of Love Came Down/I've Found a Love to the original key of E. It was too low this past Sunday. We are not used to playing in E but I think we can do it well. Let's give it a try. Also, Taylor Faux will be doing the first verse as a solo. I know she'll do fantastic.  The team will come in on the pre-chorus. Please continue to listen to this song even though we learned it last week, I want it to be more polished this coming week.

Also we'll introduce a brand new one by Christy Nockels and Passion: "Healing is In Your Hands." This song also came to mean a lot to me over the past month. Please listen to it and have a good grasp of it when you come to rehearsal. I'm going to intro it on Wednesday night to the Fusion crowd with whoever among our team can be there to help. Then we'll learn it with the entire team Sunday and do it for offering.

Also the band and frontline will come back for altar call and a second offering at the end of service. As Pastor announced this past week, we have special guests with us Sunday, Pastors Ed & Kristy Frost. Pastor Ed will be giving his healing testimony. I thought both of the songs would be perfect for the ending. Please brush up on Healer if you haven't heard it in a while.  It's been a long time since we've done it.

Here's the rest of what you need to know for Sunday:

Frontline:

Soprano: Ashley, Taylor
Alto: Bonnie, Aida
Tenor: Cathy, Epi

Colors: Your choice

If you are going to be out on Sunday, please let me know ASAP so I know how to shift anything that needs to move to accommodate your absence.

You are all appreciated and loved,

~pd

How high how wide
No matter where I am
Healing is in Your hands
How deep how strong
Now by Your grace I stand
Healing is in Your hands

Our past is in Your hands
We're covered by Your blood
We're covered by Your blood

Sunday, September 15

Hey team,

I'm really excited to be back with you this Sunday. Haven't seen you for six weeks and it feels like an eternity. I want to thank Doug for doing an amazing job...not just "holding things together" but going above and beyond to excellence. To say he's a blessing is an understatement. I am so appreciative to him, and to all of you for pulling together and doing what you do! What a great team you are.

Although back in Tampa, I'm not technically "back" to church/work until Sunday but I wanted to get you this lineup for Sunday as soon as possible. I have some new songs that are on my heart, many that I listened to during my time away, that came to mean so much to me personally. One is "Love Came Down/I've Found a Love" by Ben Cantelon/Bethel Live. We're going to do it in the key of D. Please listen to it lots before Sunday. I have posted the link and lyrics.

We're going to try to get this song ready for Sunday but not push it. If we get it together in due time, we'll do it Sunday for offering. If we don't, and need another week or two then we'll do I Lift My Hands for offering, and hold off until we polish Love Came Down another week or so before we introduce it to the congregation. I hope you'll love the song as much as I do. If you have Spotify you can also listen to it by Jenn Johnson, Ben Cantelon or Keisha Cory who also have great versions there. Enjoy.

Thanks for all of your prayers for me the past month. I have felt them, very much.

Love you and can't wait to see you!

~pd
